Aramex delivers AED 3bn revenues in H1-25 backed by regional logistics growth

Dubai – Mubasher: Aramex logged net profits amounting to AED 7.85 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, down 84% year-on-year (YoY) from AED 49.45 million.

Revenues increased by 1% to AED 3.06 billion in the January-June 2025 period from AED 3.03 billion in H1-24, according to the financial results.

The group witnessed increased demand for local and regional solutions, reporting double-digit growth in local solutions with domestic revenues up 13% YoY and logistics revenues up 22% YoY at the end of June 2025.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) attributable to the equity holders of the parent hit AED 0.005 in H1-25, down YoY from AED 0.034.

Quarterly Financials

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, Aramex turned to net losses valued at AED 10.10 million, against net profits of AED 3.08 million during the same period in 2024.

The DFM-listed company generated revenues worth AED 1.497 billion in Q2-25, compared to AED 1.496 billion in Q2-24.

Nicolas Sibuet, Acting Group CEO of Aramex, said: “Our H1-25 results reflect consistent execution and a clear alignment with shifting customer needs.”

“While we face margin pressures and a changing product mix, we have taken decisive actions through our Accelerate28 strategy to realign our operations, enhancing our ability to better serve our customers across key markets, and lay the groundwork for sustainable, long-term value creation,” Sibuet added.

The Acting CEO noted: “The partnership with ADQ marks a significant milestone, accelerating our transformation program.”

As of 31 March 2025, Aramex posted 63% YoY lower net profits attributable to the shareholders at AED 17.12 million, compared to AED 46.56 million.
