Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holdings on Thursday announced that its fully-owned subsidiary, Arabtec Construction, has been awarded an AED 219 million project in India from Raheja Developers.
The company will handle construction works of Navin Minar development, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
Spread over 214,000 square metres, the project’s works will start immediately and last for 36 months.
“We look forward to building on our partnership with Raheja Developers and to the successful delivery of the Navin Minar project in India,” Peter Pollard, acting CEO of Arabtec, commented.
The 42-storey residential tower features 4 basements and associated works including landscaping, utilities, swimming pools, clubhouse, sports and community facilities, and 15 community housing towers which are 15 storeys each.
