Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Pipes Company has signed a contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) for the manufacture, coating, and supply of steel pipes.
The agreement, which was signed and awarded on 21 July 2026, is valued at approximately SAR 68 million, according to a bourse filing.
The contract is scheduled for a duration of eight months. The financial impact of this agreement is expected to be reflected in the company’s financial results during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026 and Q1-27.
Arabian Pipes confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction. The company specializes in the production of various steel pipes used primarily in the energy and water sectors.
On 30 June, both companies penned a SAR 133 million agreement, which marks a significant continuation of the partnership between the industrial manufacturer and the world’s largest integrated energy and chemicals company.
