Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Pipes Company began the electronic voting for its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 23 July 2026 at 1:00 AM.
The voting period allows shareholders to cast their ballots on the assembly's agenda, which notably includes a proposal for a capital increase.
The electronic voting process will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly meeting, which is scheduled to be held virtually using modern technology on 27 July 2026, at 6:30 PM.
This follows the company's initial invitation to shareholders published on 2 July 2026.
Shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty services platform can participate in the voting process free of charge. The company emphasized that this digital approach facilitates shareholder participation in key corporate decisions, including the capital restructuring.
The assembly requires a quorum to proceed with the agenda items as outlined in the previous statutory filing.
On 30 June, the company signed a SAR 133 million contract with the state energy giant Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) for the manufacture and supply of steel pipes.
