Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Centres Company (ACC) has announced the resignation of Faisal Abdullah Al Jedaie as the company's CEO effective from 31 January 2022.
The company's board has assigned Mohamad Rafic Mourad with the responsibilities of the CEO role effective from 1 February until further notice, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Mourad has a 28-year global management experience in technology, retail, consumer goods, and e-commerce.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first six months (6M) of fiscal year 2021/2022, the net profits after Zakat and tax of ACC retreated by 17.827% to SAR 217.1 million from SAR 264.2 million in the same period of the earlier year.
