Cairo - Mubasher: Arabian Cement Company announced 21 December 2025 as the settlement date for the 2024 cash dividends.
The dividends will be distributed on 24 December through Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR), according to a bourse filing.
Arabian Cement earlier disclosed EGP 1.11 billion in cash dividends for 2024 that will be equivalent to EGP 2.94 per share.
It is worth noting that in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Arabian Cement posted consolidated net profits after tax of EGP 2.52 billion, compared with EGP 664.72 million in 9M-24.
