Cairo - Mubasher: The equityholders of Arabian Cement Company decided, during the ordinary general meeting on 2 December, to distribute cash dividends totaling EGP 1.10 billion for 2024.
The EGX-listed company will pay out a dividend of EGP 2.94 per share through one installment at the end of January 2026 as a maximum disbursement date, according to a bourse statement.
Following the 2024 cash dividends payout, the retained earnings of the company will stand at EGP 34.66 million.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Arabian Cement recorded consolidated net profits after tax of EGP 2.52 billion, which signaled a jump from EGP 664.72 million in 9M-24.
