Riyadh — Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company announced the board of directors' decisions regarding the appointment of a chairman and vice-chairman, and the formation of sub-committees for its sixth session.
The new term commenced on 17 September 2026, following the general assembly election held on 14 September, and will span a duration of three years to conclude on 16 September 2029.
The board appointed Abdullah Mohammed Nasser Al Hawas as Chairman and Haitham Mohammed Saleh Al Suhaibani as Vice Chairman.
Furthermore, the company established the Nominations and Remunerations Committee, comprising Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Khalifa, Faisal Ayedh Al Nufaie, and Abdulaziz Shabib Al Mutlaq.
The Audit Committee was also formed, led by Mohammed Fawaz Al Hozaim, with Nasser bin Abdullah Al Oufi and Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Hoshan serving as members from outside the board.
The company also confirmed the appointment of a board secretary and designated representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to oversee regulatory compliance and ongoing obligations.
