Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that a number of transactions totalling KWD 3.73 million were executed on the stock of Aqar Real Estate Investments.
One of the transactions was executed on 10.793 million shares at a value of 75 fils per share or a total of nearly KWD 809,435.
Another deal was executed on 27.766 million shares at 105 fils per share, with a total value of KWD 2.915 million, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The company declared said that the seller in the second deal was Senatco International General Trading, while the buyer was Al Masar Leasing and Investment; this transaction was sealed for Bayan National Trading.
It is worth to mention that Senatco owns a stake of 11.85% in Aqar Real Estate’s capital, amounting to KWD 23.425 million, while Noor Salhiya Real Estate Co owns the major stake of 27.6% in Aqar.
