Riyadh — Mubasher: Amlak International Finance Company’s board of directors has approved a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 30.58 million for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The decision, reached during a board meeting on 8 October 2026, follows the receipt of a no-objection letter from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regarding the payout.
The company will distribute SAR 0.30 per share across 101.92 million eligible shares, representing 3% of the nominal share value.
Eligibility for the dividend is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 18 October 2026, and who are registered in the company’s share registry at the Securities Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The distribution of funds is scheduled to commence on 1 November 2026.
Amlak International noted that dividends paid to non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi Arabian income tax regulations.
The company urged shareholders to update their banking information to ensure the direct deposit of their entitlements.
At the end of June 2026, the company logged 27.97% higher net profits at SAR 41.34 million, compared to SAR 32.31 million in H1-25.
