Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits of Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company retreated by 2.63% to SAR 80.73 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2022, versus SAR 82.91 million in 9M-21.
The earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 0.89 in January-September 2022, lower than SAR 0.92 during the same period a year earlier, according to the interim financial results.
Meanwhile, the company’s assets dropped by 7.96% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 3.43 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 3.73 billion. The investments plummeted by 90.81% YoY to SAR 998,000 in 9M-22 from SAR 10.85 million.
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2022, Amlak International recorded a 15.07% drop in net profit to SAR 25.05 million, compared to SAR 29.49 million in Q3-21.
On a quarterly basis, the Q3-22 net profits plunged by 12.28% from SAR 28.56 million in Q2-22.
In the first half (H1) of 2022, the Saudi company generated a net profit of SAR 55.68 million, up 4.24% from SAR 53.41 million in the year-ago period.
