Amlak International generates over SAR 41m net profit in H1-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: Amlak International Finance Company announced that its net profit reached SAR 41.34 million in the first half (H1) of 2026.

The net income marked a 27.97% increase from SAR 32.31 million in H1-25, according to the financial statements.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year period improved to SAR 0.41 from SAR 0.32 in January-June 2025.

Amlak International’s financing and investment loan portfolio grew by 4.29% to SAR 4.57 billion, contributing to total assets of SAR 4.88 billion.

Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 1.28 billion as of 30 June 2026.

The company noted that the increased credit loss provisions reflect updated modeling assumptions and geopolitical uncertainties.

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, Amlak International reported a net profit of SAR 25.53 million, representing a 25.18% increase from SAR 20.39 million in Q2-25.

The company attributed the profit growth to an 18.16% rise in total special commission income from financing, which reached SAR 164.62 million, alongside a reduction in funding costs.

The results were partially offset by a 16.06% increase in operating expenses and a significant rise in expected credit loss provisions, which climbed by 110.91% to SAR 24.48 million.

In Q1-25, Amlak International registered net profits attributable to the shareholders worth SAR 15.81 million.
