Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Amanat Holdings approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 1.5% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2018.
Amanat Holding, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), will pay 1.5 fils per share as cash dividend to the attributed shareholders for FY18, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Dividends will total AED 37.5 million to the shareholders of record date on 1 April, while the payment will take place on 3 April.
It is noteworthy that Amanat Holdings has a capital of AED 2.50 billion distributed on 2.50 billion shares at a par value of AED 1 each.
Amanat has succeeded until the current time in investing nearly 79% or AED 1 billion of the paid-up capital of AED 2.5 billion, the chairman of Amanat Hamad Abdulla Rashed Obaid Al Shamsi said, according to the bourse disclosure.
