Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Aman) turned profitable at AED 9.02 million in 2025, against net losses valued at AED 28.41 million in 2024.
The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) hit AED 0.036 last year, compared with a loss per share of AED 0.126 in the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2024, according to the financial results.
Total assets amounted to AED 1.06 billion as of 31 December 2025, up from AED 960.02 million a year earlier.
Aman incurred accumulated losses amounting to AED 174.52 million in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025, representing 77.30% of the paid-up capital.
