Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Aman) has reported a 550% year-on-year surge in profit during the fiscal year 2019.
The company’s profit rose to AED 9.62 million last year, compared to AED 1.48 million in 2018, according to a bourse statement released on Thursday.
On the other hand, revenue dropped to AED 249.52 million in 2019, from AED 375.82 million a year earlier.
It is worth noting that Aman posted a profit attributed to shareholders worth AED 1.260 million over the third quarter ended 30 September 2019, up from AED 1.180 million in the same period of the previous year.
