Alwasail rolls out SAR 13m agreement

Riyadh – Mubasher: Alwasail Industrial Company has signed a contract valued at SAR 12.82 million with Nesma & Partners Contracting Company for the supply of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes.

The agreement, signed on 12 July 2026, covers the provision of various sizes and technical specifications of piping for infrastructure phases 2.2 and 2.3 at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).

The project involves the development of road networks, utilities, and supporting infrastructure for industrial zones and the Special Economic Zone.

This includes supporting the first phase of King Salman Automotive City and future industrial expansions. Under the terms of the agreement, the execution period ranges from two to ten weeks from the date of signing.

Management expects the financial impact of the contract to be reflected in the company’s revenues and financial results starting from the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.

Alwasail Industrial confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction. The contract value of SAR 12.82 million is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Abdulqader bin Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Mushaiqeh recently resigned from his role as the company’s CEO.
