Riyadh – Mubasher: Alujain Holding Corporation announced that its subsidiary National Petrochemical Industries Company (Natpet) has completed transferring the ownership of four limited liability companies, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Natpet currently sustains 100% ownership of Fawasel Advanced Petrochemical, Afaq Professional Chemicals, Menna Company, and Abraj Altaj Plastic industrial.
It is worth noting that the four firms combined own 19.85 million shares in Alujain.
The financial impact of establishing the companies above will be announced in due course, according to the listed firm.
