Riyadh - Mubaher: The board members of Alujain Corporation approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 51.90 million for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The payout will be distributed across 69.20 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.75 per share.

The distribution represents 7.50% of the share nominal value. According to the company, the eligibility date for shareholders is set for 10 August 2026, with the actual payment scheduled to commence on 23 August.

The board stated that the dividend level balances strategic project funding with shareholder returns. Management highlighted that the NATPET-2 project has reached an advanced stage of financial closing, which will facilitate the awarding of major construction contracts and provide clearer visibility on future capital requirements.

Alujain noted that it will re-evaluate its cash liquidity position at the end of the year to consider the possibility of additional distributions.

For non-resident investors, the cash dividends will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi tax regulations. The dividend policy governing this payout was previously approved on 23 March 2025.

In H1-26, Alujain Corporation turned profitable at SAR 104.05 million, against net loss of SAR 4.80 million in the prior-year period.
