Riyadh - Mubasher: Aloroba Company hired House of National Consulting Co (HNC) as the financial advisor to manage the listing of its shares on the Nomu-Parallel Market.
The company noted that it will announce its prospectus and the subscription’s time and mechanism once obtaining the approval of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Aloroba works in the field of healthcare and the distribution and retail of medication.
