Riyadh - Mubasher: Almoosa Health Company has signed a major construction contract with BEC Arabia for the development of the Almoosa Specialist Hospital project in Al Khobar.
The agreement, signed on 21 September 2026, is valued at SAR 781.66 million, excluding value-added tax.
Under the terms of the contract, BEC Arabia will execute all electrical and mechanical works for the new medical facility in accordance with approved engineering plans and technical specifications.
The scope of work is scheduled for completion within a duration of 24 months, with implementation beginning immediately.
Almoosa Health stated that it intends to finance the project through a combination of internal resources and long-term Islamic bank loans.
The company expects the financial impact of this contract to materialize once construction is finalized and hospital operations commence. There are no related parties involved in the transaction.
On 5 September, the company inaugurated and commenced operations at its Al Salmaniyah Medical Center in Al Hofuf, Al Ahsa.
