Almarai logs SAR 1.9bn profits in 9M-26 amid strong revenue growth

Riyadh - Mubasher: Almarai Company logged a net profit of SAR 617.79 million for the third quarter ending on 30 September 2026, representing a slight increase of 0.74% compared to SAR 613.24 million.

The company’s quarterly revenue grew by 11.43% to SAR 6.19 billion, up from SAR 5.55 billion a year earlier.

The dairy and juice giant attributed the revenue growth to expansion in the poultry segment, increased dairy sales in Egypt, and growth within the water sector following recent acquisitions.

Operating profit for the quarter reached SAR 778.58 million, a 2.81% increase over the SAR 757.27 million recorded in the prior-year period.

However, the company noted that profit margins were pressured by higher input costs, specifically increased feed shipping expenses and rising energy-related transportation costs.

For the first nine months (9M) of 2026, Almarai recorded a net profit of SAR 1.99 billion, a marginal decline of 0.28% from SAR 1.99 billion in the corresponding period of 2025.

Total nine-month revenue reached SAR 18.22 billion, up 9.68% year-on-year (YoY).

Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 21.33 billion as of 30 September 2026, while earnings per share for the nine months remained stable at SAR 2.01.

For the three-month period that ended on 30 June 2026, Almarai’s sales rose by 10.96% YoY from SAR 5.29 billion.
