Riyadh — Mubasher: Alkhabeer Capital announced the distribution of SAR 14.81 million in cash dividends to the unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT Fund for a three-month period.
The payment will be for the period starting 1 April 2026 and ending 30 June 2026.
The fund manager stated that the payout will be based on 141 million outstanding units, resulting in a distribution of SAR 0.105 per unit.
This dividend represents 1.17% of the fund’s net asset value as of 30 June 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
Eligibility for the dividends is set for unit holders registered at the end of trading on 11 August 2026, corresponding to the registry at the end of 13 August 2026.
Alkhabeer Capital confirmed that the distribution will be paid within 40 business days following the eligibility date.
The fund manager urged unit holders to update their bank account details with their respective capital market institutions to ensure the direct deposit of their entitlements.
