Riyadh – Mubasher: Aljazira Capital will pay SAR 3.540 million worth of cash dividends to Aljazira REIT Fund unitholders for the second half (H2) of 2019 and the first half (H1) of 2020.
The distributions will be to 11.8 million existing units, at a SAR 0.30 per unit, according to a stock exchange statement on Monday.
Moreover, the amount represents 3% of the unit’s initial price and 3.6% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 30 September 2020.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of Monday, 19 October 2020, end of trading day 15 October.
The dividends will be paid within 10 business days from the maturity date.
