Riyadh – Mubasher: Alistithmar Capital announced cash dividend distribution to Alistithmar REIT Fund unitholders totaling SAR 22.99 million for the second half (H2) of 2025.
The payout is based on 60.50 million outstanding units, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.38 per unit, according to a bourse filing.
The distribution represents 4.44% of the fund’s net asset value (NAV) as of 31 December 2025. According to the fund manager, eligibility for the dividends will be for unit holders registered at the end of 30 July 2026.
Payment is scheduled to be processed within 15 business days following the eligibility date. Alistithmar Capital advised unit holders to update their bank account details with their respective capital market institutions to ensure the direct deposit of their entitlements.
