Alinma Bank’s board greenlights SAR 746m cash dividends for Q2-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: Alinma Bank’s board of directors has approved the distribution of SAR 746.30 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.

The decision, reached on 20 July 2026, follows the receipt of a non-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regarding the payout.

The bank confirmed that the distribution will target 2.98 billion eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.25 per share after the deduction of Zakat. This payout represents 2.50% of the share nominal value.

Eligibility for the dividend is set for 3 August 2026 for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date. The bank scheduled the payment of these dividends to commence on 17 August 2026.

Non-resident foreign investors are advised that these cash distributions will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi Arabian income tax regulations.

The bank has also provided an inquiry feature on its website for shareholders to track any unclaimed dividends from previous periods.

In the April-June 2026 period, the net profit reached SAR 1.60 billion, a 1.39% increase compared to SAR 1.57 billion in Q2-25.
