Riyadh – Mubasher: Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.'s board of directors has approved appointing Abdul Majeed Abdulaziz Al Hokair as the new chairman, effective Monday, 16 July 2017 till 30 June 2020, based on a recommendation by the company's ordinary general meeting (OGM).
The board also appointed Ammar Abdulwahed Al Khudairy as the new deputy chairman, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.
