Aldrees’ profits jump 20% in 9M-26 amid network expansion

Riyadh - Mubasher: Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company has announced its interim financial results for the first nine months (9M) of 2026, reporting a 19.79% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit.

The company’s net profit reached SAR 371.60 million, up from SAR 310.2 million. This growth was primarily driven by a strategic expansion of the company’s fuel station network and an increase in its transport fleet capacity, which bolstered revenues across both its petroleum and transport divisions.

Revenue for the nine months climbed to SAR 22.13 billion, representing a 17.18% increase over the SAR 18.89 billion generated during the same period last year.

Management attributed this sustained top-line growth to the continued geographic spread of its retail stations and the operational scaling of its trucking fleet.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the nine months improved to SAR 3.72 from SAR 3.1 in the prior-year period.

The company’s financial performance for the third quarter (Q3) of 2026 reflected a similar upward trajectory. For Q3 alone, revenues stood at SAR 7.98 billion, a 16.43% increase YoY and an 8.82% increase quarter-on-quarter (QoQ).

Quarterly net profit rose by 22.31% to reach SAR 137.60 million, compared to SAR 112.50 million in Q3-25.

On a sequential basis, net profit improved by 11.06% from the SAR 123.90 million recorded in Q2-26.
