Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits of Aldawaa Medical Services Company reached SAR 191.74 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, up 0.28% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 191.20 million.
The Tadawul-listed company generated SAR 3.35 billion in revenues as of 30 June 2025, signaling a 7.39% rise from SAR 3.11 billion in H1-24.
Earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 2.26 in H1-25 from SAR 2.25 in the corresponding period last year.
Results for Q2
During the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, Aldawaa Medical Services registered 9.70% lower net profits at SAR 86.57 million, compared to SAR 95.87 million in Q2-24. Revenues grew by 5.67% to SAR 1.68 billion from SAR 1.59 billion.
Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the Q2-25 net profits fell by 17.68% from SAR 105.17 million in January-March 2025, while the revenues edged up by 1.24% from SAR 1.66 billion.
Dividends for Q1-25
The board unveiled cash dividends amounting to SAR 53.55 million, equivalent to 6.30% of the company’s SAR 850 million capital, for Q1-25.
Aldawaa Medical Services will pay out SAR 0.63 per share for 85 million eligible shares.
The eligibility and payment dates for the dividends are 11 and 25 August, respectively.
