Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi’s largest property developer, on Thursday announced that its board has elected Mohamed Khalifa Mubarak as the new chairman.
The board has also appointed Waleed Ahmed Salem Almokarrab Al Muhairi as the vice-chairman, according to a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
The UAE-based developer last reported a 2% year-on-year increase in its revenue during the full year 2018, registering AED 6.3 billion.
By 11:11 am UAE time, Aldar Properties’s stock rose 0.53% at AED 1.91.
