Alamar Foods logs 24% higher net profits in H1-26

Riyadh - Mubasher: Alamar Foods Company logged net profits valued at SAR 17.86 million for the first half (H1) of 2026, representing a 23.84% increase compared to SAR 14.42 million in H1-25.

The company’s revenue for the half-year period grew by 15.17% to reach SAR 515.79 million.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 16.03 million, up 4.83% from SAR 15.29 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025. Quarterly sales rose by 17.84% to SAR 278.93 million.

Management attributed the growth to marketing initiatives and the integration of new locations, including 29 branches in Makkah and Taif acquired in late 2025 and 13 Five Guys branches in Saudi Arabia added on 29 April 2026.

Operating profit for the first half of the year climbed by 27.98% to SAR 29.16 million. The company highlighted improved expense structures and operational excellence as key drivers for the bottom-line performance.

By the end of June 2026, the company’s total owned store count reached 614 branches, following the net addition of 22 new openings and the aforementioned acquisitions.

Alamar Foods maintained a cash flow from operating activities of SAR 80.70 million during the period.
