Riyadh - Mubasher: Alamar Foods Company has announced its board of directors for a new three-year term following shareholder approval on 5 April 2026.
The seven-member board commenced its session on 11 April 2026 and is scheduled to serve until 10 April 2029.
In a board meeting held on 23 April 2026, the directors appointed Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al Jammaz as Chairman and Assem Saud Al Jammaz as Vice Chairman.
Both serve as non-executive members. The board also named Waleed Adly as the board secretary and finalized the composition of its sub-committees.
The newly formed board includes independent members Faisal Omar Al Sakkaf, May Mohammed Al Hoshan, Nawfal Al Trabulsi, and Zaki Abdulaziz Al Shwaier. Deem Saleh Al Bassam joins the board as a non-independent member.
The appointees bring extensive executive experience from major regional entities, including the Saudi National Bank (SNB), Banque Saudi Fransi, and McDonald's France.
This governance update follows the conclusion of the previous board cycle and aligns with the company's statutory requirements for leadership rotation.
