Alamar Foods announces audit committee until 2029

Riyadh - Mubasher: Alamar Foods Company has established its audit committee for the current board term, following a board of directors resolution issued on 23 April 2026.

The committee consists of three members whose tenure began on 11 April 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 10 April 2029.

The board appointed Faisal Omar Al Sakkaf, an independent director, as the chairman of the committee. Al Sakkaf brings extensive financial experience, having previously served as the CEO of National Commercial Bank between 2018 and 2020.

Joining him on the committee are Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Naeem and Mohammed Saleh Al Sulaiman, both of whom serve as members from outside the board of directors.

The formation follows the approval of the company's shareholders on 5 April 2026 regarding the election of the board of directors for the new cycle.

All three committee members officially commenced their membership duties effective 11 April 2026. The appointments align with the company's governance requirements for its three-year board cycle ending in 2029.
