Riyadh – Mubasher: Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair on Monday said that its board of directors had dismissed the company’s CEO Atul Singh during a meeting held in the previous day.
The board appointed Faisal AlJedaie as the acting CEO until Singh’s successor is announced, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
On Tuesday, 25 September, AlHokair’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) will vote on the board and auditor reports’ for the fiscal year ended 31 March.
By 10:21 am Saudi time, the stock fell 1.09% to SAR 23.64.
