Mubasher: Al Sharq Holding Co has increased its equity ownership in the Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK) by 0.111%, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Al Sharq’s stake in the CBK enlarged on Tuesday, 17 July, to 23.221% from 23.11%.
It is noteworthy that CBK’s capital stands at KWD 181.1 million distributed on 1.81 billion shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
At the stock level, CBK closed Wednesday’s session 1% lower at 500 fils.
