Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Salam Group Holding has exited Ekttitab Holding, selling its 5.03% stake in the company’s capital and its unit Petro Integrated Business, according to a bourse statement.
The deal’s value was not revealed.
The Kuwait and Dubai-listed company Ekttitab Holding’s capital amounts to KWD 31.86 million divided into 318.6 million shares.
Al-Madina for Finance and Investment owns the biggest stake in Ekttitab.
