Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company has announced that it has received final regulatory approval from the Insurance Authority to launch a specialized cyber insurance product.
The approval authorizes the company to market and sell this coverage to group customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, marking a significant expansion of its corporate risk management portfolio.
In a disclosure submitted to the Saudi Exchange, Al Sagr Cooperative confirmed the receipt of the Insurance Authority’s final approval on 23 June 2026.
The approval follows a rigorous review process by the Kingdom’s insurance regulator, ensuring that the new product meets the necessary standards for consumer protection and financial stability. The product has been officially registered and assigned the identification number F-SAGR-1-C-26-047.
