Al Rajhi Bank to distribute SAR 7.5bn cash dividends for H1-26

Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Rajhi Bank's board of directors has approved the distribution of SAR 7.56 billion in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The distribution targets 6 billion eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 1.26 per share after Zakat.

The payout represents 12.60% of the share nominal value. The bank confirmed it has received a non-objection from the Saudi Central Bank regarding the dividend decision.

Eligibility for the payout is set for 21 September 2026, for shareholders registered at the Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The bank scheduled the distribution of these dividends to commence on 1 October 2026.

Foreign non-resident investors are advised that cash distributions transferred through resident financial brokers will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with local income tax regulations.

Shareholders with tax exemptions are requested to provide supporting documentation within five calendar days of the eligibility date.

At the end of June 2026, the lender’s net profits hit SAR 13.76 billion, representing an annual rise of 14.16% from SAR 12.06 billion.
