Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Muneef Company for Trading, Industry, Agriculture, and Contracting recently announced the completion and final handover of three factories located in the Al Rafaya district of Al Kharj, according to a bourse filing.
The project was executed by Inmaa Al Insha General Contracting Establishment, reaching a final cost of SAR 1.37 million based on the actual measurement of completed works.
Al Muneef confirmed that the total contract value, which excludes value-added tax, was financed entirely through internal resources.
This project follows the initial contract signing announced on 22 December 2025, and a subsequent update on 23 December 2025.
Al Muneef further stated that the delivery of these facilities aligns with the company’s 2026-2030 expansion strategy and aims to diversify its investment portfolio.
The company noted that there are no related parties involved in the contract and indicated that there is no significant financial impact to report at this time.
Meanwhile, the completion of these assets marks a strategic step in the company's long-term operational goals within the industrial sector.
