Al Mohafaza for Education signs strategic agreement with Sulaiman Al Rajhi University

Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Mohafaza Company for Education has penned a contract with Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi University for Education and Development on 8 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The agreement aims to manage and operate a suite of educational and training programs.

Under the terms of the agreement, Al Mohafaza for Education is entitled to 70% of the total fees collected from these programs.

The contract spans a duration of four years, commencing from the academic year 1448 AH and concluding at the end of the academic year 1451 AH.

The partnership focuses on delivering diplomas, professional programs, higher diplomas, and executive master’s degrees through various formats, including in-person, distance learning, and blended education models.

According to the regulatory filing, the collaboration leverages the academic accreditation of Sulaiman Al Rajhi University alongside the technical infrastructure and operational capacity of Al Mohafaza for Education.

The company expects the financial impact of this agreement to be reflected positively in its financial results during the first half (H1) of 2027, following the commencement of program operations.

The company confirmed that the contract was signed within the normal course of business without any preferential terms.

Al Mohafaza for Education recently entered into a SAR 1.55 million lease contract with Al Jabr Finance Company.
