Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Modawat Specialized Medical Company has appointed Suhail Partners Law Firm and Legal Consultants to serve as its legal advisor in line with its broader initiative to transfer its listing to the Main Market (TASI).
The selection of Suhail Partners Law Firm and Legal Consultants is intended to facilitate the comprehensive completion of all legal and administrative requirements necessary for the transition.
In its capacity as legal advisor, the firm will be responsible for ensuring that Al Modawat’s transition file adheres strictly to the regulatory framework established by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Tadawul.
This process involves a detailed review of the company’s legal standing, corporate governance structures, and its ongoing compliance with the listing rules that govern the main market.
The transition from Nomu to TASI is a significant milestone for Saudi-listed entities, typically pursued to gain access to deeper liquidity, broader investor exposure, and increased institutional participation.
Al Modawat has clarified that the transition process is currently ongoing and remains subject to several critical factors. The company must successfully satisfy all technical and regulatory prerequisites as defined by the Saudi capital market laws.
Earlier this month, the Tadawul-listed firm inked a deal with Deloitte & Touche to conduct financial due diligence for the transition.
