Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Maather REIT has recorded net profits worth SAR 11.28 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, fund manager Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announced on Wednesday.
Net assets stood at SAR 536.75 million at the end of June this year, while the total expenses and fees for the period amounted to SAR 14.11 million.
The fund has registered 61.37 million issued units at the end of H1-21 at a net book value of SAR 8.75 each.
Al Maather REIT also posted fund from operation (FFO) worth SAR 17.99 million, with a 2.9% yield per unit.
Earlier this year, the fund announced a cash dividend payout of SAR 0.39 per unit for 2020.
