Riyadh – Mubasher: Msandh El Emdad Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Kathiri Holding Company, has obtained the real estate developer certificate for a one-year term.
The subsidiary will be able to sell and lease real estate assets despite their purpose or method of development before or during the implementation and construction phase, according to a bourse disclosure to Tadawul.
Selling and leasing properties will be according to the time plan for each project based on the approved models and specifications, Al Kathiri Holding noted.
