Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Jouf Cement Company recorded an annual hike of 162.92% in net loss to SAR 15.23 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, compared to SAR 5.79 million.
The revenues increased by 7.36% to SAR 68.49 million in Q1-25 from SAR 63.79 million a year earlier, according to the financial results.
Loss per share stood at SAR 0.14 as of 31 March 2025, higher than SAR 0.05 in Q1-24.
Quarterly, the Q1-25 revenues dropped by 8.87% from SAR 75.16 million in the three-month period that ended on 31 December 2024, while the net losses hiked by 221.08% from SAR 4.74 million.
Last year, Al Jouf Cement swung to net losses worth SAR 27.73 million, against net profits valued at SAR 37.67 million in 2023.
