Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Jazira Capital, the fund manager of Aljazira REIT Fund, announced a total cash distribution of SAR 6.25 million to unit holders for 2026.
The payout is based on 11.80 million outstanding units, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.53 per unit.
The distribution represents 6% of the fund’s net asset value as of 30 June 2026. Eligibility for the dividends is set for unit holders registered at the end of 27 September, corresponding with the end of the trading day on 22 September.
The fund manager stated that the dividend payments will be processed within 15 business days following the eligibility date.
Unit holders are advised to update their bank information with their respective financial institutions to ensure the direct deposit of funds into their accounts.
Al Jazira REIT is a closed-ended Shariah-compliant real estate investment traded fund listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
