Mubasher: Al Hassan Engineering announced on Wednesday the appointment of Oman Arab Bank (OAB) Investment Group as a manager for private placement services.
“This initiative is in line with strategy to restructure financial capability for future projects,” according to a bourse filing.
The agreement includes raising private equity for Oman’s Al Hassan company and its subsidiary in Abu Dhabi.
