Al Hammadi Holding witnesses 25% drop in H1-25 net profits; dividends for Q2 unveiled

Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Hammadi Holding registered 25.29% lower net profits at SAR 135.89 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, compared with SAR 181.91 million in H1-24.

Revenues hit SAR 600.12 million in the first six months (6M) of 2025, an annual increase of 11.03% from SAR 540.50 million, according to the financial results.

Earnings per share (EPS) declined to SAR 0.85 in H1-25, against SAR 1.14 in the same period a year earlier.

Financials for Q2

During the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the company’s net profits shrank by 47.43% to SAR 61.96 million from SAR 117.87 million in Q2-25.

The Tadawul-listed company generated SAR 298.24 million in revenues during April-June 2025, reflecting a 13.20% year-on-year (YoY) rise from SAR 263.46 million.

Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the Q2-25 net profits fell by 16.19% compared to SAR 73.93 million in 3M-25, while the revenues edged down by 1.20% from SAR 301.88 million.

Dividends for Q2-25

The board announced cash dividends valued at SAR 56 million, equivalent to 3.50% of the company’s SAR 1.60 billion capital, for Q2-25.

Al Hammadi Holding will distribute SAR 0.35 per share to 160 million eligible shares.

The eligibility and payment dates for the dividends will be 12 and 21 August, respectively.
