Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Al Hamad Building Contracting Company has been chosen to establish Al-Mamsha community, a $817m project by Alef Group in Sharjah.
Al-Mamsha is the first car-free development in the Emirate, and it combines residential, retail, and leisure facilities, Arabian Business reported.
The project spans across an area of 280,000 square meters.
Residential units include studios, apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms, as well as penthouses and duplexes.
Al-Mamsha also features a centralised food and beverage entertainment hub under the name “The Khan”.
