Al Forsan Real Estate (AFRE), the property arm of Al Forsan Holding, has started leasing its fully-furnished employee accommodation facility within its Al Forsan International Sports Resort.
The company will lease 172 units, comprising eight two-bedroom villas, six four-bedroom villas and 158 single-and double-bed studio units.
Al Forsan Holding general manager Rashed Al Qubaisi said: “We have developed several projects in the past in the residential, recreational and hospitality sector. We now wanted to focus on creating a product that was a necessity for several organisations operating within the capital.
“Staff from several schools, hospitals, other public and private organisations are looking for quality accommodation, and that prompted us to launch this project in the heart of Abu Dhabi,” Al Qubaisi said.
Al Forsan said that its pricing structure is affordable for a majority of organisations in the capital.
Al Forsan Village is located within Khalifa City 'A' area of Abu Dhabi and includes 440 units of one- to four-bedroom apartments spread across 241,985m2.
