Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company announced Rawan Mohammed Al Dawood as an independent member of its audit committee, effective 14 September 2026.
The appointment follows the resignation of independent member Hussein Masoud Al Dosari, who stepped down for personal reasons effective 13 September 2026.
The Board of Directors approved the changes via a circular resolution on 13 September. Al Dawood will serve the remainder of the current committee term, which is scheduled to conclude on 6 May 2030.
Al Dawood is a licensed lawyer and legal consultant holding master’s degrees in commercial law and Islamic jurisprudence.
She currently serves as a founding partner at Madmoon Law Firm and a legal advisor to the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises.
Her professional background includes expertise in commercial law, governance, and compliance, alongside her role as Vice President of the Saudi-Belarusian Business Council.
