Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Ashghal Al Moysra Company announced a net profit of SAR 4.53 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, representing a 12.6% increase compared to SAR 4.03 million in H1-25.
The company attributed the profit growth to its strategic focus on higher-margin, lower-risk segments, specifically citing new projects within the transportation sector, according to a bourse filing.
Revenue for the January-June 2026 period reached SAR 27.17 million, rising by 4.225% from SAR 26.07 million in H1-25.
The company noted that the expansion of transportation operations was the primary driver for the improved top-line performance.
Earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 0.94 in H1-26, compared to SAR 0.84 a year earlier.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, grew by 9.642% to reach SAR 60.24 million in H1-26 from SAR 54.94 million in H1-25.
The company’s external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements, and no comparative figures were reclassified during the period.
